Mr. Elder has a long and distinguished career in commercial banking and finance where he served over 31 years in retail and commercial banking with local, regional and national financial institutions. He held executive management positions including Vice-President, Sr. Vice-President, District and Area Manager and Regional President. He also has personally underwritten loans as a Chief Credit Officer.
Mr. Elder has in-depth and diversified knowledge in many industries, including a background in management, public reporting, business development, commercial banking and corporate finance. Clients included doing the very first $2 Million Dollar line of credit for Microsoft at SeaFirst Bank Business Banking and the banker for Blockbuster Video when they started with only 2 stores in Seattle, WA. He has served as Chief Financial Officer for several publicly traded companies, including Vitality Group, StereoVision, Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc. and Marani Brands Inc. He also managed financial reporting, business development, corporate finance and raising capital.
Mr. Elder specializes in financial consulting, raising capital in the form of debt or equity, advising businesses to restructure and to run more efficiently. Mr. Elder has assisted start-up with private and public companies in obtaining more than $90 million in private and institutional funding as well as putting together strong management teams over the last 20 years in many industries. Mr. Elder is also very proficient in sales, communications/negotiations, distribution and marketing.
Mr. Elder received his B.S. degree in Accounting from City University in Seattle, Washington. He also believes in philanthropy and has served on many boards.

Prior to forming Absolute Partners Inc, Rosie Lee served as the Controller and Vice President for all of The Weiss Companies including Motion Properties. While at Motion properties she raised over 20 million in debt capital and 600K of equity. Set up and managed more than 20 entities of varying business types. Business included Loan Advance company, Restaurant, Accounts Receivable Factoring Company, Mortgage Brokerage, Tourism based Gift Shop and Real Estate Investment Company. Opened Real Estate Investment companies in 4 states, resulting in owners’ personal equity tripling in 3 years.
Prior to joining Motion Properties, Mrs. Lee was VP and Controller for Lennar’s Operations in Las Vegas. With over 15 years of homebuilding experience, Mrs. Lee brings valuable insight into the cost analysis used during the construction process. She was responsible for directing budget and cost controls, conducting financial analysis and managing accounting practices and financial reports. She was responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance. During her tenure the Las Vegas operations closed more than 2000 homes.
With an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Northwestern State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Her accounting career spans nearly two decades. Mrs. Lee currently manages all accounting, tax, finance, and the administrative activities associated with multiple companies including SmartBar USA, Projects Complete and Absolute Partners LLC.
